Breck is always looking for ways to use technology to improve the sales process. Recently, Breck added Transaction Point to his servicing system. Transaction Point is an on-line database that is available to the buyer, seller and cooperating agent 24 hours a day. Everyone involved in the transaction can view, download, print, and sign various documents from the site, and Breck can track it all along the way. While this is not intended to replace the personal touch between Breck and his clients, it does give his clients the ability to review their sale or purchase even if Breck isn't in the office.

The Regional Association of REALTORS®, which includes the Scenic Coast Multiple Listing Service Association, has recently contracted with a new web development company. This new system now allows most of the things Breck previously built especially for his client website. The MLS Search button below will take you to the public side of the site where you can search for properties through out San Luis Obispo County. The required fields are: CITY & PROPERTY TYPE.
